A5How we work

Old-school standards.
Modern delivery.

I

Show up.

Crews on schedule. Foremen on the phone. The job moves when we say it'll move.

II

Self-perform.

We own our excavation equipment, our service trucks, and our own people. Less subbed-out, more accountable.

III

Sign the work.

Punch lists are part of the job. We're back the day after commissioning if something needs adjusting.

IV

Hire right.

Apprentices to journeymen, all in-house. We invest in our tradespeople so they invest in your project.

V

TCB.

Taking Care of Business — the principle Lenny and Marggie built the company on. Still on the wall.

VI

Family-owned.

Decisions made in the office, not in a boardroom three states away. You'll know who you're working with.
