Bella Plaza/Idaho Independent Bank: New Project

3.The project is located at 4th and Front St. Boise, Idaho the project was completed in 2008.
4. Bella Plaza/Idaho Independent Bank, a 6 story building: A 6 story building. The heating and cooling was accomplished by water source heat pumps. A cooling tower on the roof for heat extraction and geo thermo heat to a heat exchanger for heat input. The plumbing had core restrooms on each floor and a booster pump for constant domestic water pressure.
5. Approximate Contract with tenant improvements $ 400,000.
6. Final Contract with tenant improvements over $ 550,000.

Plaza 121 6 story renovation

4. The project was a complete demolition and renovation of an existing 6 story building. The existing heat system was removed and new heating and cooling was accomplished by water source heat pumps. A cooling tower on the roof for heat extraction and geo thermo heat to a heat exchanger for heat input. The plumbing had core restrooms on each floor and the use of the existing booster pump for constant domestic water pressure.

Utility Trailer

3. The project is located at I-84 & Exit 57 Boise, Idaho completed in 2008.00
4. The project is a new appox. 50,000 sq ft bldg with 10sq ft of office and 40,000 sq ft of radiant floor heat. The heat required was produced with two large waste oil fired boilers with a natural gas fire backup boiler.  The plumbing had core restrooms and large restrooms for the truck repairman.
