BUSS MECHANICAL SERVICES, INC. was originated and licensed in Boise, ID in 1995. Our logo has a B.P.H. & A. that stands for BUSS PLUMBING, HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING, which was the name of Lenny's father's business he started in the early 50's. We have great depth of experience in the employees of the company. We feel we have established a well known reputation in the community and surrounding areas. We take pride in the high quality and professional service we provide. We are committed to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

We have employed over 80 plumbers and apprentices at times to assure timeliness and meet schedules. In the last 10 years we have contracted and completed over 60 million dollars worth of Plumbing and mechanical projects. Many of these have been design build projects.
 

Our company specializes in Commercial Plumbing & Wetside HVAC, Custom Residential, Apartments & Condominiums. We include excavating, with our own equipment and operators inside the building to 5 feet out.
 

We have been active in promoting and completing LEED projects. We have kept abreast of the new products and designs and we continue to entertain ideas and ways of protecting our environment.

Lenny P. Buss, President / Estimator, Project Manager
President of Buss Mechanical Services Inc., Lenny is from Norfolk, Nebraska where his father had Buss Plumbing and Heating Inc. started in 1951. He grew up in the mechanical business and has a total of 42 years in the mechanical business with most of it in commercial contracting. He has been in charge of projects over 8.5 million dollars. He currently holds all of the licenses, estimates and manages many of our projects.
 

Marggie Buss, Sec., Treasurer / CFO
Marggie brings over 32 years of accounting and management experience. As CFO, she oversees the accounting department and manages all of the financial and administrative aspects of the company as well as employee benefits, taxes, insurance and investments.

John Buss, Vice President/Estimator / Project Manager
John has over 20 years in the business. John has a large background in what we call the dry side of the Heating and Ventilating business where he had been a Superintendent on some very large projects in Texas. John estimates and manages many of our projects.
 

Steve W. Buss and Steve E. Buss, Manage Buss Mechanical Services of CA
They have 63 years combined experience in the mechanical contracting trade. They both have estimated and managed large projects very successfully over the years. They bring a vast array of experience being involved in almost every aspect of our industry.
 

James Stanford, Estimator / Project Manager
James has over 25 years in the Mechanical Business.  He comes from California where he owned and operated a successful plumbing business for many years. James has a strong background in a residential, apartment, condo, motels and service plumbing. Along with managing our Service Department, James estimates and manages several of our projects.
 

Chris Buss, Estimator/Project Manager
Chris has over ten years plumbing experience. He has been a successful field superintendent and is now a Project Manager/Estimator.
 

Adam Warr, Accounting Supervisor
Adam has been with the company over four years as Accounting Supervisor. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Accounting Degree. His experience is accounting, and HR duties including but not limited to AP, AR, Payroll, Certified Payroll Compliance, Job Cost, Company 401K, Taxes, Reconciling Purchase Orders, Permitting, and Travel Coordination.
 

Lennie M. Buss-Egana, Accountant-California
Lennie brings seven years of Banking and Financial Experience to the company. Her main focus is managing all financial aspects of Buss Mechanical of California. Her experience is in accounting, and HR duties including but not limited to AP, AR, Payroll, Job Cost, Taxes, Reconciling Certified Payroll Compliance, Purchase Orders and Permitting.
 

Gerry Fordham, Purchasing
Gerry has over 40 years experience in the plumbing supply business. He is a critical asset in the purchasing department.
 

Thayne Hill and Henry Forschler, Field Superintendents
They are responsible for the quality and timeliness of our installations. Thayne and Henry have been with Buss Mechanical for over 10 years and come with a combined 50 yrs of plumbing and mechanical experience.
